My preferred bicycle brand is.......WORKSMAN CYCLES
I dislike clipless pedals on any city bike since I feel they are unsafe.

They must be doing the opposite for me...I've been eating a high-calorie, high-fat, low-glycemic diet, and my clothes have been getting loser and loser over the past 3 months.
