back on track- biggest loser thread?
Hi all,
I havent been on the forums for a while. I was a regular for a few months, and it helped with my riding and my weight loss. I went from a high around 270 down to arounf 209. Well, its been a few months and I havent ridden much, and my weight is back up to near 250. Time to get back on track and my mosest goal of 199. I was looking for the biggest loser thread, is it still active?

What type of "diet" did you originally do to lose the weight?
Glad to hear that you're getting back on the "horse".
