Here's to hoping your recovery is like riding downhill......easy to do and (a Little) fun.

Surgery went longer than expected. I will be spending an extra couple of days here before rehab. Biggest complication is nerve damage
in my right leg.

Lots of whining about pain and not being able to eat... Just kidding. He seems to be in good spirits right now. He'll be fine but he really is in a lot of pain right now.

Small world department.... my nurse yesterday is the girlfriend of the wheelbuilder at my bike shop. Strange...... how do you handle a conversation about bikes with a man whose girlfriend saw me naked and rubbed antibacterial lotion on my butt?
Sense of humor seems to be intact LOL

enjoy the down time. If you can use the constant motion machine it helped me through both of my knee surgeries. Best of luck.

I cannot wait to see a pic of Neil afterwards standing straight and tall. I know this is going to turn out great for him.

As to the FB, would someone mind PM'img me his info? I would like to friend him. If I ever get up that way I am going to schedule that ride with him.
