That guy's amazing with what he accomplished. I first saw a slightly different shorter version posted here on C/A about 6 months ago (and I imagine it has made its rounds here even before that) but I would consider it on topic for C/A.

Yeah there's no need to erase this thread, this is a video that can be posted regularly no harm done. I have it downloaded to my desktop and play it when I get discouraged with weight loss.

He was also on t.v. a while back. I don't remember the show he was on but he was awesome as well as his instructor.
