Hutchinson Fusion 3 road tubeless 700 x 23 but have some of new Secteur 700 x 28 to try out if they fit....
No pinch flats, self sealing for small punctures, and can run at lower psi than standard clinchers so much more comfortable

I've been reasonably happy with Michelin Optimum Pro's for grip and puncture resistance. They're weak points would be reduced longevity and sidewall durability. They're listed as 25mm, but, once inflated for a while seem to settle out at around 27mm. They're ever so slightly larger than the 28mm Continental GP4Seasons I recently mounted up but have yet to wear the mold flashings off of.
