How long do you have to be below 200 before you can escape ??? I finally hit 199.8 but expect to float back above and below for a few days.

Stick around to encourage those of us that are like me at 300.8. Here is to hoping I get on the scale tomorrow morning and below 300 and I can say goodbye....come on 2's.

I'm getting close. Down to 204.2 this morning, from 236 at the beginning of the summer. Over the last couple of years I would always fluctuate between 220 and 240, but this is the lightest I've been since I crossed the threshold on my way up to 290 during high school.

Congrats! I'm getting there. I've had some progress for July, so as of today, I've got 12.7 lb to go.

As Black Walnut said, you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. I'd say once you get and stick below 200, then you gain honorary Clyde status. Once a Clyde, you'll always be part of the club, but as an inspiration for the rest.

Amen. I've been below 200 before, but not currently. le Sigh.

I think it's a mentality. If you are for sure not worried about ever being a clyde again then you are free to go. I'll always worry.

I've been hovering around 183-185 for a few months now and this place still feels like home.

And it's fun to watch so many have so much success shedding pounds when I have first hand knowledge of how hard it is to keep working at it.
