Done for the month; on a plane today, Florida the rest of the week. Might be footclan, but somehow I can't see me getting much vertical in Orlando.

556 miles / 41,750' / 35:16 hours

Nice even 75'/mile average for the month (is that lumpy or bumpy?) @ 15.7mph.

Well it looks like I missed out on 100 miles this month. I will get another 19-20 tonight, but between weather and my foot issues it looks like I'll be a couple rides short of the goal. I've got a new pair of shoes being shipped to me to be delivered on Thursday that may fit my EEEE width foot and I will ride tonight even though I know I will be in pain. I did not count my stationary bike miles in this months total.

Congrats to everyone for setting a goal and getting after it!!

3-30 27.1 miles.

Today will be a trainer ride due to 25-35 mph winds with higher gusts.

Might just make it!
3/30 25.7 miles
3/31 12.1 miles - casual lunch ride

243/250 with one ride to go tonight.

Should end up with 11000' of climbing, which surprises me. Nothing compared to the mountain goats here, though.

3-14(pm): 7.1(t) - 27:12
3-15: 8.5(t) - 30:02 (after a .4 test run to see how the foot is doing.)
3-16: 8.5(t) - 32:20 (after 35:00 in the pool)

3/8--9.1 miles
3/10--15.2 miles
3/17--19.0 miles
3/31--19.9 miles
Total 63.2 Miles

Does going over a metric 100 count for anything? Got out there and pedaled, foot didn't hurt as much as I expected. April better be good to me.

I bought a new, to me, bike this month.
3/1/15 13.58 mi
3/7/15 22.04 mi
3/8/15 14.28 mi
3/14/15 37.70 mi
3/19/15 22.15 mi
3/21/15 33.98 mi
3/24/15 16.29 mi
3/27/15 15.41 mi
3/28/15 47.56 mi Personal Record
3/31/15 15.45 mi
MTD 238.44 miles, plus 9 45-50 minute spin classes.

It really adds up when you commit to it, MTD weight loss is 8 lbs, should have been more but had an out of town trip for a week and didn't really diet much. YTD weight loss is 27 lbs.

Final ride for me was Sufferfest Angles at LBS, old group edition which was interrupted by a phone call form one of my employees. The joys of being on call every third week..... Still have the remains of a cold lingering.....
