putting on a rear rack with disc brakes

how do i put a rear rack on a bike with disc brakes? i want to use my panniers for commuting, but the discs are in the way of the mounting posts. suggestions, short of rewelding the frame or rack? seat post racks don't allow me to use the panniers...

axiom, old man mountainto name two make racks that are disc brake compatible. The axiom is cheap and works fine for me.

The LBS recommends old man mountain too for disc brakes. Do a search in the touring forums to see how people adapt racks to their disc equiped touring bikes.
