Looking for a specific bike clip

While in Paris in the 1980s I picked up one of these nifty pant leg bike clips. A friend there at the time found me some more several years later. I'm down to my last one and visting Paris next month. I'm wondering if in anyone's travels they've come across this and where. I've neve seen it in the States. Thanks,

I've seen similar at numerous bike shops in Seattle, I think they are sold in sets of three here.

They are also on Amazon:

While in Paris last week, I asked around with my iPad photo of the orange one and eventually found what I was looking for at Go Sport's cycle shop, a few minutes walk from Place de la Republique. The new ones lack the inside metal band of 30 years ago for extra stiffening, but are sufficiently firm and inexpensive enough: 3.50 Euros the pair, incl. VAT.

According to the Routens catalogue they are called "paire de pince pantalon"

In the UK, trouser clips come in plastic or metal with fluorescent plastic strip.

Bikes: Kona Dawg, Surly 1x1, Karate Monkey, Rockhopper, Crosscheck , Burley Runabout,

Try Velo orange or Rivendel bikes. I don't wear pants while riding, just shorts but use a reflective velcro strap that would work.

As the OP, I've been thinking about city bikes and wearing pants, not wanting (for me) the right pant leg to end up greasy black, and how to continue a solution I found in France 30 years ago.

From: Memphis TN area

Bikes: 2011 Felt Z85 (road/commuter), 2006 Marin Pine Mountain (utility/commuter E-bike), 1995 KHS Alite 1000 (gravel grinder)

The velcro high-vis/reflective straps I use work fine for me. I rarely use them outside of winter months when I commute during dark hours, but occasionally I'll strap one on if I ride the bike to lunch or errands from the office.

This is really not a thread about what kinds of straps people prefer, tho let it be said that in the States the plastic choice has not been available.

On the rare occasion I wear long pants while riding, I just do a French roll on that side, or tuck it into my sock if they're long enough.
