Commuter Build

Looking for some advice on my commuter build. I have a 6 mile roundtrip, flat commute to work everyday. I'm going to use a Fyxation Quiver frame (Quiver Steel Road Frameset | Fyxation) and am in need of some advice. First I want to use a Sturmey Archer kickback hub. It looks like the hub is 116 mm but the frame is 132 mm. Will I be able to just add some spacers or will it be more complicated than that? I also need some suggestions for a rim to go with the hub. I'd like to go with a fairly wide tire for nearly year-round commuting (we occasionally get feet of snow at a time, I'll skip that). Thanks for any input!
