Help me win $1000 for an environmental group!

So, the place I work for has a "Champions Of the Environment" award every year: "[Theplaceiworkfor] has been recognizing individuals and teams for their noteworthy contributions to the environment since 1995. Now is the time to share your workplace and civic environmental activities.
[Theplaceiworkfor] is seeking examples of outstanding efforts made by individuals or teams whose programs, projects and ideas have made noteworthy environmental contributions in support of their workplace or in their communities in the last five years.[Theplaceiworkfor] will make a $1,000 contribution to a not-for-profit environmental group of each winner's choice."

My boss is pushing me to enter this year. He has been very supportive, and impressed with my commitment to riding.
Well, I am swamped right now and could really use some help to win this thing!!!

Here are quick stats on my commute history, so far:
I started to commute to work 9 miles (each way) from Brooklyn to Midtown Manhattan in October 2003. Since then, I have commuted to work by bike 215 times to date, for a total of 3848 Miles.
I saved about 158 gallons of fuel by biking instead of using (my already fuel efficient) Honda civic (25MPG) to go to work.
According to my calculations, I saved about $1498 in tolls and $330 in fuel costs...and billions if you factor in the added life expectancy due to exercise...
My commute was not enough, so I started riding the bike around the park, the neighborhood, then did organized rides... I rode for the MS society and raised close to $700.
Overall, I have ridden 5700 miles since October 2003.
I have lost 40 Lbs and have not been sick since I started! My blood pressure went down dramatically (doc was about to put me on medicine) to well within normal range...
I have converted at least 5 people last year to this change of lifestyle, including a friend/customer and my sister in law who is now cycling to work in the south of France.

That is all I can think of so far... what other data points am I missing?
How would you approach this? What would you highlight?
What kind of stats would have the biggest impact?
Is there a site (or thread) that you would recommend on this?
Does anyone know how I can convert from gallons amount of fuel I saved to tons of Co2 not released into the atmosphere ?

Last but not least, in case we win, which not-for-profit environmental group would you suggest? Here in NYC I was thinking of Transportation Alternatives or Recycle-a-Bicycle.

All right!... Let's win this!
O.

*I* am a non-profit group... Man $1000 would buy me a sweet commuter...
Anyway, here's about like 500 pages on gasoline. https://www.faqs.org/faqs/autos/gasoline-faq/part1/
