I work at what I considered a McDonalds desert until I started biking to work. I convince myself that somehow my 5 minute jaunt to Micky D's burns the roughly 600-700 calories I consume there.

Sure, just like double sizing the Diet coke melts away the calories of a double order of fries and Big Mac; works for me!
