help me identify this front porteur/rando rack!

i saw a front rack that hit all the points on my wishlist today on a bike locked on the street but couldn't identify it.

it was like a porteur rack crossed with a rando/handlebar bag rack.

it mounted to the mid fork eyelets and had the skinny-tallish tombstone loop in the back like rando rack, like this:

but the platform size was in between a rando rack like the one pictured above and a porteur rack, like this one:

it was only 4 bars wide (vs typical 5-bar porteur/cargo front rack).

oh, and it was powder coated black.

does anyone know which rack that might be? or where to find something like that? i'd also be fine with one where the bottom struts attach to the fork dropout eyelets vs mid-fork eyelets. haven't found anything in all my googling.

thanks in advance!

ps. if this question would be a better fit in a different sub-forum, please let me know and i'll move it!

Was it the Soma Deluxe Porteur Rack ? Very versatile front rack available in stainless or black. Optional fence available. Useful front rack platform that works with smaller front panniers for shopping or touring.

as mentioned in the first post, the platform of the rack i saw was about 3/4 the size of a typical porteur rack (it was 4 rails as opposed to 5), and the backstop was tall and skinny and "tombstone" shaped like the rando rack in my first photo.
