Tour of Portland Infrastructure ?

I'm in Portland for a couple of days at the Nines hotel. A local gal was supposed to do a tour of Portland's infrastructure for me this morning and early afternoon but is apparently quite sick.

Is anyone aware of a map or route that would be good? Links to anything? Infra highlights that I shouldn't miss?

Thanks,

I would post your question on the BikePortland.org Forums. There's probably volunteers there...

Wife and I visited Eugene and Portland last summer with our bikes. In each town, we just found a local bike shop and inquired about bike maps of the area. Not only did both shops have maps, but the employees were super friendly, and enthusiastically gave us all sorts of inside info on rides and attractions in the area, and even which restaurants to check out. At one shop, even one of the mechanics who overheard the conversation started chiming in with tips. I think they were just really stoked that tourists were wanting to explore their town by bike. Anyway, try that.
