3D printed parts for mudguards
Hello, I have modeled some accessories for mounting curana mudguards on a small on-one inbred frame and exotic fork. Now that winter is here (at north hemisphere) these parts can be usefull.

The Curana's internal wire mount dictates a bit larger gap than I would have liked. Gap = desired gap + wire diameter-shape. Also front and rear fender gaps are about the same; is the deferent viewing angle (a bit lower at the front) that makes the front looks bigger. Also take into consideration the shallow profile of the mudguard. (I think that the thread is getting derailed ... ).

I am not sure if I completely understand you, but I think you could zip-tie the fender at your suspension fork bridge. The rear "bridge" is mounted with bolts on the v-brake bosses. Unfortunately the rear part is specifically dimensioned to the small On-One Inbred frame and Curana's profile so I am not sure if it would be suitable for larger frames and different mudguards.

Nice project. It took me a moment to figure out the fork because it looks so much like a suspension fork. What keeps the front bridge from sliding up and down the fork legs?

Thank you all, for your kind words! @autonomy. My printer is a Prusa MK2. The filament is Prusa PLA silver. Layer height is 200μm. Prusa is a very capable FDM printer. @Darth Lefty, I just stick electrical tape on the fork, to avoid scratching it, but it is also prevents the bridge from slipping. @Colorado Kid, you are right but the bike is not mine (it is my girlfriend's and she doesn't like the look of the flaps).

It looks like a replacement rigid fork meant to convert a bike that originally came with a suspension fork (height corrected fork).
