Lecturers

There are a bunch of folks here who like to lecture, and one knows when one has come across one because the tone of the thread takes a sharp and unpleasant turn that makes you go "wait, what?!"
I suspect there are many casual readers and members who find themselves reading posts and saying "that's not what he/she was asking", or "wow, that was unnecessary!"

The tone of this thread was sharp and unpleasant from go. It could only go downhill from there. Anyone who cannot see that... ...

Bikes: This list got too long: several ‘bents, an urban utility e-bike, and a dahon D7 that my daughter has absconded with.

That's a fair point.

However, Why did you even bother posting this and creating a thread?

After all, none of us were there; so, using your reasoning, anything anyone says on the topic should be ignored. Ergo, it is not a topic to be discussed.

. . . oh, I get it, anything that does not recognize you as the victim to some foul villain is to be ignored. . . it all makes sense now. . .

Your little quip, that I quoted from you tells me a lot. I continue to suspect that you are just looking for a reason to feel slighted and have come here seeking validation.

I suspect not. No matter. It will all work itself out. Peace.
Too long. Didn't read.

Skipjacks,

If the thread bores you or you don’t like responses, just don’t post. Please leave the thread and don’t post again in this one.

Thanks

Hilariously, I just read Skipjacks posts and thought that I should've made a duplicate account to have a fight with myself.

I am not Skipjacks.

Honestly.
