Mine is 38-40 miles round trip. About half is on a MUP, which is a lovely, mostly forested, level cruise. Morning is best time as MUP is almost deserted. Afternoon it gets a bit crowded, but is still better than dealing with road traffic. Winter it is completely deserted and my favorite time to ride (down to 15F at least). |
I just started a new job that is 5 miles from home and once school is out and I'm not dropping off the kids in the morning, I'll be biking this summer. My previous job was 13 miles each way, and the job before that was about 10 miles each way. My new office is close enough to use the bike trail to get to/from work, too.

Mine is about 26-27 miles daily. Form Brooklyn to Manhattan and back. Used to commute from Staten Island to Manhattan via ferry while I lived with my parents, both are/were fun commutes. |
