i built one of those once and dont remember there being any instructions. it is an excellent city bike.

Good find, I have seen worse right-ups, and that's specific to the bike.
Sheldon Brown-Bicycle Technical Information is definitive, and https://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help is also quite good.
