There are goggles made just for dogs. They are called doggles.

Google doggles. My dog found that he could push the bottom of the doggles down on the rim of the basket, and push them up to the top of his head. Like putting glasses on top of your head. In the last 20 years neither of my dogs got anything in their eyes.
The trikes are very slow.
