Commuting By-product... I'm Now < 80kg!
After putting on a pretty hefty winter sweater, and beefing up to a toight 90kg this winter, today I have finally lost the total of the weight I wanted to lose, plus an extra kilo!
Coming in a 79 this morning, I can see how commuting is the best thing I could have done this spring.
11kg lost.. I guess that explains why I've dropped almost 1 hour total on my 42km commute!

I'm hoping to join the club too. I haven't been able to regularly commute due to illness and family commitments, but now that summer proper is here I'm starting to ride regularly.
I've never paid much attention to amount of weight lost in previous springs and summers, but my clothes sure start to fit better!

61kg here too, lol I'm FAT! (I'm sure Brad you're several inches taller than I am) But, I realized as long as I had the car, I was going a week at a time w/o riding so I got rid of the sucker a week ago. So, I expect the weight to start coming off since I'm getting a lot of saddle time these days.....
