I just did a quick google search and found these:

I actually added reflective stripes on my bike fenders. 3M makes these 5mm Scotchcal Reflective Striping Tape. They are available in red, black, white.

Here is an older post of mine. I have used black reflective tape on the fenders and red reflective tape on the frame. Hardly visible during the day and working at night. Simulated with a flash.
Side visibility at night
