Yellow wrist bands?
I read the post about the person who wanted to know if wearing a team bike jersey was Kosher. I think if you can buy them then wear them. Who cares what people think. Anyway how many of us wear the yellow wrist bands???

The only jewelery that I wear, no matter the cause, is my wedding ring.
Besides, the livestrong bracelets (and any silicone bracelets of its kind) are banned at my work because they produce ESD.

I don't wear one.
But you know I was over in Bangkok, Thailand and I have never seen so many people wearing those or other plastic wrist bands. Of the young people, under 26 or thereabouts, 70% or so seemed to be wearing them. All counterfit of course.

I occasionally wear a blue "Make-A-Wish" wrist band. Yes, the LiveStrongs were the originals, but having three WishKids in our house, the MAW foundation is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts.

I just ordered 10 from the Lance Foundation website (plus some cool Livestrong socks). I should have them on my porch today. I won't wear all 10 at the same time though. My best friend just got diagnosed with leukemia, so I'm going to start wearing one, even though I HATE wearing jewelry and stuff. I told him wearing the band's going to be more of a sacrifice than my other gesture; I shaved my head last night. I think I was .05 mph faster on my commute today, due to increased aerodynamics (hairo-dynamics). LiveStrong!

I am a cancer survivor...not as severe and advanced a form as Lance had, though. We caught it very early.
Just the same...I have broken two already. I am currently liveSTRONG-less. Have to order another box.
I also like them because they form a cushion between my watch and my skinny wrist.
