Bridgestone ID'ing & value wanted

Have come across an older Bridgestone touring bike, but cannot determine year or model Help wanted!
It is in "good" condition. The owner is not certain of the manufacture date.

It has:
Wheel Size -27" - 1 1/4
Suntour , down tube type ; shimano gears
brakes - canilever both frt, and rear
crank - 15 speed
25" frame
34" SO height

The serial # is L110735, if that matters.

Here is a photo of the bike:

The bags, rack, fenders are all included. Can someone give me an idea of value or what to offer for this bike?

Cheers!
Duke

Does it say RB-T on it? The pic is too small for me to tell.

Here are some resources to help you.

There is an internet Bridgestone Owners Bunch e-mail list, to subscribe go to:
https://www.bikelist.org/mailman/listinfo/internet-bob
I'm sure if you asked there someone could help you out.

Also visit Sheldon Brown's online Bridgestone catalogs for help ID'ing the bike.

Scroll to the bottom for the catalogs.

I think no more than 150 bucks is what I'd offer, not being a Bridgestone collector, just a rider.
