Bikes: This list got too long: several ‘bents, an urban utility e-bike, and a dahon D7 that my daughter has absconded with.

I was on my way home Friday and I noticed my spoke reflector launch. I went back and picked it up as I didn't want the trash on the street (once it broke, it became trash).
Then, pushing my bicycle up the steps to my house, I noticed two broken spokes on the rear wheel. It happens, that means this next week will be motorcycle days.

You don't have another pony in the stable that you can commute on?

Agreed, that's why I have a spare bike! That way I can ride the spare bike and ignore the one that needs fixing. Of course, the downside is that when the spare bike needs to be repaired, I have to fix two bikes.
