Shimano M9100 vs r9200 brakes

Thanks in advance for any help.

I got some money saved up and want to build a up a nice bike for my kind of riding. It will a road frame with flat handler bars.

I haven't been able to find any information about the difference between dura-ace brakes vs xtr brakes.

So my options are as follows.
  1. M9100 levers with post mount calipers + adaptor
  2. M9100 levers with xtr flat mount calipers, don't know about the supply for xtr flat mount calipers, havn't been able to see much supply with online sellers
  3. M9100 levers with R9270 calipers.
Are the dura-ace brakes only re-branded xtr?

Could someone share any differences they have noticed by using post mount brakes with an adaptor for flat mount frames and forks vs using a flat mount caliper.

Thanks again for any advice.
