One lucky bastich
So, yesterday I stop at the LBS and pick up a couple tubes and one of them new fangled CO2 inflators (with a couple extra cartriges). I am riding into work today (about half way of my 14 mile one way commute) and I get a flat on the rear wheel. 1st time but I didn't sweat it as I have (as a child) changed many a flat. It took me about 15 minutes longer than I think it should have but what the heck, I was back in business.
I guess I need to buy a lottery ticket as I would have been hosed because the leak was at the base of the valve stem. But since I just happened to have a tube with, I was golden.
Just had to pat myself on the back,
Thanks for letting me share...

"fargin' bastiches" - I loved that movie. How did the CO2 inflator work? I've been thinking about switching over to save room/weight in my backpack.
