I would love to get a rack that has a wide area on top that I can just strap stuff to. I have found a couple of companies that sell these for the front of the bike, but my commuter is a small road bike with drop bars so that wouldn't leave much room for cargo (...if the rack would even fit in the first place). Does anyone out there know of a rack like this that is designed to go over the rear wheel?

edit: I should mention that I don't like the idea of putting a basket on top of a regular rack because I think it's really ugly. I should also mention that ANT makes something similar to what I'm looking for but you can only get one if you buy a custom frame from them.
