Pick your tires...
I just spent 15 minutes picking glass shards out of my tires and found 3 that had managed to penetrate like 3mm into the tire and it was stuck there.
Another few days and it probably would've worn a hole through the tire.

Syl, dontcha know that between cutting off cop cars, beating cabbies down, careening off busses, and generally trying a little too hard to die, you're supposed to skim your tires with a gloved hand?
