Spill

I jinxed myself for saying that I had not taken a spill yet on the fixed.

long story short ...

1) stay away from the median. I hit it and it gave me the death wobble of ..... death
2) SPD's are your friends
3) Helmets are your friends
4) 8 years of Judo built up my rolling skills - although the last class was in 1989
6) Going under 20 mph is sounding better than ever.
7) While in the first out of the three full rolls, I managed to pull the bike out of the way.
8) It is surprising how little damage clothing get when rolling, opposed to falling flat and skidding.

Unscratched ... except for a little scuff in my 10$ seat .. dammit !!
Rear wheel slightly out of true ... wich i corrected at the LBS on my way back

People stopped and everything ...

Oh... SPD. For a second a thought you wrote something else.

8) It is surprising how little damage clothing get when rolling, opposed to falling flat and skidding.
I have a friend who used to race motorcycles and he stresses the opposite. But then he would be wearing a set of full leathers.
