I saw a reference to this in the Singlespeed/Fixed forum, but I think it applies more to commuters than anyone else. IMHO, an excellent use of the English language.

That story would've been really funny, had it not hit a bit too close to home. The same thing happened to me just a few hours ago but unfortunately, while I hadn't hauled myself completely off the ground, the driver had already taken off
