You can be in charge of the entertainment at the first annual club picnic, which of course will be in the dark ?

Extremely Bright Commuting Club.

Jet Lites StarFire Dual Beam. I'm on my 3rd winter commuting with them, and I feel they're getting dimmer the more I use them. Could be my eyes, though.

Anybody else got 'em? What's your opinion?

slvoid 12-10-05 11:42 AM

The bulb's probably about to go if it keeps getting dimmer. Or if you mean getting dimmer sooner, in which case the battery's about to go.

If I have 20 1W bulbs instead of one 20W bulb, can I be a member?

It's called calcium carbide. I have 2 from the 1910's. Plus a miner's lamp. Only the miner's lamp works however.

One of them is a Lucas like below.

Does this club have anything to do with a rider's IQ? Sorta like a Mensa on wheels?

But I can blow up to 40W of light and still have some left over. Neener. Neener.
