Extremely Bright Commuting Club.

Jet Lites StarFire Dual Beam. I'm on my 3rd winter commuting with them, and I feel they're getting dimmer the more I use them. Could be my eyes, though.

Anybody else got 'em? What's your opinion?

The bulb's probably about to go if it keeps getting dimmer. Or if you mean getting dimmer sooner, in which case the battery's about to go.

It's called calcium carbide. I have 2 from the 1910's. Plus a miner's lamp. Only the miner's lamp works however.
