Mug?

I'd like to get for the wife an insulated mug to take along on her commute, whether it be on the bus or by bike. So something like those metal travel mugs but that will fit nicely in a water bottle cage. Suggestions? TIA!

Thanks! Anybody actually use one? I think I remember mention of this sort of thing here on BF in the past but a search for "mug" wasn't too helpful.

It doesn't fit in a water bottle cage, but I use a Nissan stainless steel thermos. Actually, it looks like it might fit in a water bottle cage but I've never tried that. It doesn't leak so I just put it in my backpack, messanger bag, or pannier.

That's what I ended-up getting, the one with the button to flip the top up. Pricey but it looks like a keeper. Apparently there are "adjustable" cages which might allow it to fit. I'll probably pick one up if we really like the Nissan bottle (and will get another bottle for myself!).

Get her a metro mug from Sigg.
They're on sale at paragon sports. Sigg makes some of the best water bottles I've ever used. It's about $26 but well worth it.

I've already ordered the other but I have an open mind (maybe keep one for myself). Anyhow I don't find it on their website with their search box. Is it in-store only? Oh well guess I'll have to ride there <sigh>.

Picked it up at Target. Works great, but it got scratched up pretty easily from the bottle cage. The metal ring at the top comes off and I can put it in the microwave for a minute to get the coffee extra hot before I head out on a cold morning.

I think you have to go to the store.

Dang I should have waited but I got nervous and ordered online. I got nervous and cracked. I'm sure it will be all good with the order, but next time I'm near Target / Paragon I will have to look around for another mug for myself.
