Looking for a reason to shave your legs?

Here is a new one.....this morning when I was unzipping my leg warmers my winter fur got caught in the zipper and ripped out all along my calf with the path of the zipper. Ouch!

Pretty normal actually. Maybe I am just more careless than most with the zippers.

Heh, I didn't even think of that. No wonder my zippers haven't caught recently.

Your leg-warmers have zippers?

No need for shaving your legs. It is only more grooming.

Grooming is what seperates us from the animals

Eh .... I groom ENOUGH. I shave my facial hair with a straight razor - so not to have a 5 o'clock shadow - but my furr is mine!

Not having to shave your legs is another reason why being male is a plus. That and not giving birth.
Anyhow, I will stick to shaving my face (except for my chin) and my balding head. I have no desire to sit in the bathroom even longer shaving more and more of my body.

OUCH!! That had to hurt.

I usually answer posts that ask about shaving with the usual list: road rash, massage, showing off muscles, etc.
I now have another reason to shave, since I look like a walking hairball when I don't.
I have two awesome (IMHO) tattoos. One on the right leg. One on the left calf. Can't let the leg hair hide those babies.

My girl friend calls me a teddy bear, for good reason. i also shed hair like a dog in july. shaving anything would just be too much work.

My sister found a good reason to not shave her legs. In Europe men kept hitting on her. A Paris cop even stopped her and her college girlfriend as suspected prostitutes. A local woman finally told her that only American women shaved their legs and european men saw American girls as easy. She stopped shaving and in two weeks no more hassle. I shaved once for a body-building contest. It was required.

It only helps that much?

Oh nooo, I just shaved for no reason then (well, at least I'm finally getting slicks as well.)

Yes, it was for spring - and it snowed yesterday On a side note, it is the first time in 10 years that my chin has seen the light of day - normally have a goatee in summer, full in winter, and my wife has seen me clean shaven for the first time.
