Yes, and they're also called "cyclocross" or "cross" levers after the racing that popularized them. They're essentially spliced into the middle of the existing brake cables and can be easily retrofitted onto any drop bar bike. I think I've seen them for around $40 for a nice pair and probably cheaper on the net.

My incedibell only has a tube type mount, with a rubber strip so it can fit 2 diameters of tubing. Hows the brake mount system work ?

That bell is mounted to the pivot you see on the right interrupter lever. Essentially the bell becomes the bolt too.

That is why you have to be a master mechanic who can adjust them to squeek only when you lightly touch the brake but make no noise at all when you are really braking. It is hard to adjust just right.

Ha Ha! I finally have a chance to show off my bell mount. Easly accessible from the hoods or drops. The wrench at my LBS said its the first "ergo" bell he'd ever seen.
