Weight of Trek 7.3 FX - year model 2013 - frame 17,5"
10,8kg - with original configuration from dealer, including pedals, according to this site:

I used a chinese digital electronic scale, but I do think that Trek should review it's policy, and start inform the weigh of bikes.
Some people says that they donīt do it due to different frame sizes, of course that this is blablabla...Trek only has to inform the weight of each frame size, afterwards, there no more than 6 or 7 different sizes !
I almost gave up on buying this bicycle, because the dealer told me that their scale was broken, and they thought it weighted about 12,5kg, then I come back home to get my scale.
