Minor Stupid Biking "Related" Injury

OK, so it was nice on Christmas Eve (32F and sunny) and I took my roadie out. It was so nice I left the garage door open when I left. As I finish an excellent ride, I coast into part of the garage, unclip my left leg and put it down. Ziiiip! I have race decking in my garage (hard plastic matting) and my left foot slides straight ahead and I nearly go down. I saved it but now have a hyperexteded left knee that should hopefully heal in another day or two. What an idiot! Be careful with your cleats.
