Dumb as a post

Little wonder some folks try to run us over. Last night I'm riding home. It's late but this is the 4 lane through street in this part of the woods and always has some traffic. I notice folks driving a little weirder than usual. Then I see why: two people on bikes, dark clothing, no lights of any kind, tooling down the middle of the left lane. Now I use the whole road as I see fit, but for the life of me I couldn't come up with a reason why they were there. Turning left? nope. Surface/traffic hazard? just themselves. Critical Mass of two? Perhaps. <rant off>
