I vote for Fort Lauderdale-Miami area. People randomly yelling, throwing things, honking, and passing way way wayyy to close.

You must come to Seville and ride on our popular new bike paths (carriles bici), which are physically separated from automobile traffic, not just a line painted on the street. They connect all of the city's neighborhoods and have made cycling much safer and hugely popular here. The municipal bike rental service (Sevici) is also highly successful.
