Commuters-Bethesda MD to Rockville MD

Does anyone out there commute from Bethesda MD to Rockville MD in the morning?

I do colesville to bethesda in the am 4-5 days a week...

I don't,but I can tell you to avoid Rockville Pike/Wisconsin Ave above Bethesda. Just above Bethesda it gets a little dicey,you have to detour onto Beach to cross the Beltway,and Rockville Pike is totally bike unfriendly.
