My legs are humming
My legs are humming, or something. It is one of the fun things and most enjoyable about my commuting: feeling the ride when I get off. I won't be riding today(too long a shift too much to do tomorrow), so the electricity of the muscles will have to do and gently remind me why I do take a day off once and a while.

that's funny. part of the reason why i started riding was to do something with some of that hum. it was driving me out of my freaking tree so i'm glad it actually does seem to help.
the sensation i like is the numb legs after a ride through any kind of half-serious cold. perverse, i guess, but eh.
