Anybody use either of these windbreakers?
MEC Streamline Jacket: https://www.mec.ca/Products/product_d...2#ReviewHeader
Novara Conversion Jacket: https://www.rei.com/product/724557?vc...HP_CYCLING_TOC
Pros? Cons? Other suggestions? I like the idea of the jacket/vest conversion, but is it useful in the real world? I'm looking at the MEC jacket because I've generally been more than pleased with everything I've bought from them.
Thanks.

Answer this question to yourself. Do I constantly have to roll up my sleeves to increase cooling DURING a ride? I do. I want one. BTW there is a conversion jacket at REIoutlet.com for a really good price. (as of 2 weeks ago though.)

I tried on the MEC Streamline a year or so ago (they were clearing out the old colours for cheap). I liked the jacket, but it didn't fit me correctly (my torso is a bit longer than average, and my arms much longer than average).
I ended up going for the MEC SuperMicroft Cycling Jacket instead. Long enough in the arms, without being too baggy in the body. It also has plenty of reflective stripes front and back. For a jacket without a hood, it performs well in moderate rain.
