All those shell casings on the road would likely cause some tire punctures.

why bother with a cumbersome design like that?
The pros would knock out a vehicle like that with one RPG-7 or a land mine before it can even deploy.

That would also need a raging passenger.

I decided to fight back, so I got one of these already.

The downside is that my commuting Trek now weighs in at about 1200 pounds!
