A typical Dinotte LED light comes in around 200 Lumens and 3 watts (I think maybe it is 5). This thing would be over twice as bright using the same power, or around 400-425 Lumens. I wonder if it can be adapted for a bike, and harsh terrain.

Not even close. HID efficiency is 50 to 55 lm/W. An 20% overvolted 20W MR-16 halogen is around 60 lm/W. These guy's bulb is way out of that ballpark but I would ask what the voltage requirement is.

Hmm, how come my 13 watt HID is WAY brighter than the 12V, 20W MR16 I used to run at 16V?
