Great all around article, like others have said, on your part and the reporters.

And cool picture...

I like, I like.

I do agree with others that brighter clothing would be a good idea. Also, it looks like it getting dark, or was dark, but I don't see a headlight. One of those would be a good idea also.

Well thank you, and I completely understand and appreciate your concern. I have reflective tape in several areas on the bike and also on my helment. I also use Dinotte lights in the front and back at night, and on the day those pictures were taken I did have the rear one on because it was raining (so I would be more visible). I am planning on getting a reflective safety vest very soon as well, which I told the columnist, though he didn't mention it in the article. I do have some reflective bands that I should be wearing as well. I realize I should be wearing this stuff to set a better example and I intend to do so.

BTW, the first part of the article is missing by mistake. It should be added soon. If the link changes I will list it here.

Awesome article! You made some excellent points that need to be made (even though they're not popular).

Linky is brokey. When I first saw the URL, all I could think of was the rapture and the second coming of Jesus. OK. I'm back now.
