Good price on plain cycling jerseys

I've been keeping an eye out for plain looking jerseys I can wear on my commute and when I go do errands with the bike. Nashbar has their brand jersey's for a little over $11. Use coupon code w244 to shave off 10%. Enjoy!

https://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?c...%20Hour%20Sale

They also have a pair of panniers for about $20. Take a look at their greater than 75% off sale.

Bikes: Steelman road bike, '81 Schwinn Le Tour single speed,

nice find! I'm going to order a couple....for people who don't have experience with Nashbar clothing: order one size larger than you need. The stuff I've had usually runs quite small.

Good catch, Objectagnosia. For that price, you don't even have to pick a color - just get one of each!

Is polyester a typical jersey material?

Excellent, I was caught between sizes and chose the larger

I got one of each at my size, I only wish there were more colors.

A couple of my cheaper/lighter jerseys are 100% polyester.

Just looked at the e-mail confirmation. After the coupon, each jersey came out to 10.07 before shipping.

I had by absolute chance come across these jerseys just before reading your post. Put a couple in the cart but didn't check out. When I saw this thread the 10% sealed the deal. I'm obviously a cheap skate!

Haha, no shame in that. I felt the same way after coming across the code on BF.

Yes, I want one too. Anybody who produces clothes that fashionable and charges $120 for it should be forced to do community service like; three weeks picking up soap in the prison shower.

basturds.

It will take a while, but the price will prob go higher as the dollar slides lower.
You might want to think about who to blame for that for more than 2 seconds...

The cool stuff is usually expensive. I think that jersey looks goofy, but I am not exactly a fashionista.

I like a simple, classic design, the Molteni jersies are nice that way. But if i was spending that kind of dough on a jersey, I'd get an Ibex.

As it is... I get Smartwool on sale.

I don't care about fashion, I just want to look like a Teutonic Knight.

On a bicycle? You need more than a shirt.

Voler stuff runs small. Their 2X is smaller than a LL Beans XL... Of course, LL Beans usually runs a little large. If you need American 2X then the Voler stuff may be tight on you.

You can get running t-shirts and long sleeve tops cheap if you look around. They work fine for commuting and you can wear them off the bike.

I tried going this route, but normal active wear t-shirts don't have the rear pockets to store my cell phone and snacks. These are also cheaper than the t-shirts I see at bob's or kohls.

And who bought the last blue medium jersey? I just got an e-mailing saying they were out after I ordered them.

Well, i'll see how they fit, i just ordered 2 XXL --as i usually take a XL t-shirt which is nice and loose fitting on me. I also ordered the nashbar wireless computer, figured that'll be usefull too. As a newer rider, i could have spent a ton just on the sale items---thanks to the OP for the post.

Now we know why no one will ride with you. Clearly, you do not look as good in the TECHNICAL material as she does.
