Separate bracket from reflector?

Hi,

does anybody know how to remove the reflector from the bracket on this type of rear reflector

It looks like it wants to slide out, but seems to be in their fast.

I can't seem to find a picture from the back to show you what it looks like but is a very common rear reflector.

Any ideas?
