Question about installing internal hubs!
So i'm installing my i-motion 9 hub and the shift cable is wayyyy to long for the bike.
I need to shorten it by at least a foot.
But how??? I don't want to start tearing into the shifter assembly without checking and there is nothing in the sram manual that mentions shortening the length of the cable or any kind of disassembly instructions.
But the more I think about it, the more it makes sense that you would HAVE to be able to shorten to for it to fit all kinds of different bike sizes/applications. WTF!? Anyone know?
