Is that a good sign? I should be starving after riding but I'm not.
I try to eat a bananna and drink some coffee before I ride out, but nothing too heavy or i feel sick. When I get to work we have tons of food but I don't get hungry till 11 or something. Anybody else that way? Know if it's unhealthy? I don't want to strip my muscles. |
