When I was a kid, the neatest, not the strangest... but the neatest thing I ever pulled from my spokes, was a BICYCLE playing card.

The coolest sound a young boy could ever hear while riding his bike.

The worst thing I've ever got caught in my spokes is a friends bike pedal. We were drinking for a while and thought it would be a good idea to bike down to a friends house and drink some more. Well needless to say we weren't driving the straightest and boom ripped two spokes clean out and bent a few more. His bike was perfectly fine. So, we decided to wrap the broke spokes around other spokes so they didn't get caught and we continued on our way ... best part is the next day I found a brand new set of tires for $5 at a garage sale.

When I was a young teen in the late 70's my Mother sent me up to the local store to get a loaf of bread. Plastic bags had not really come into use so I just sailed along on my Schwinn Caliente 10 speed with the loaf dangling until it swung right into my front spokes and got diced into cubes. I turned around and went back and got another loaf using the rest of my Mom's money only to repeat the same exact thing with a second loaf. Now I had to go back and buy a third loaf, but now I had to use MY money. You can be sure that I took much better care of the loaf that time You can imagine the look on the corner grocers face when I had to come in for a third loaf.

God, tate...your brother alright?! That's nuts! Helicopter...shredded bike...how damn fast was he going?!

Bunnies?...squirrels?...metal?...pizza?...porn?...would have never guessed there'd be such a wide variety of crazy stuff in people's spokes. I'll just stick to wasps...lol

Oh we used to do that with hockey cards. Pretty sure at least one Gretzky Rookie card went into my spokes to make that cool motorbike sound

My towel, which moments before had been in a plastic bag hanging from my handlebars as I rode home from the pool.

Oh...thought you just meant it wasn't your bike and it was labled "brother's bike crash". That's still nuts.
